DMM´s User Group desember 13. 2002 DMM´s user group has recently been established. One of its main goal is to become a forum to discuss the users joint needs regarding future development of DMM. DMM Solutions intend to work closely with the user group, to ensure that the future development of the DMM system will continue to address the users main requirements without the need for special customisations. DMM Solutions are proud of the fact that ALL of it’s customers are using the same version of the system, that is the same executable. DMM can be tuned according to needs by each customer without any programming. This is vital for seamless future upgrades at low cost and to ensure good Return On Investment. Latest results from a survey which is organised by Reliabilityweb.com, http://www.maintenancebenchmarking.com/survey/cmms_benchmark_1002.htm indicates that about 60% of all CMMS and EAM systems have been customized for the client!
