The conference "Managing Changes and improving performance" will be held at the Blue Lagoon September 19. - 20. 2007. The first day is aimed at managers and middle-managers, selected presenters will introduce some basic concepts and practial tips regarding performance management, change management and maintenance management. The second day is a maintenance management workshop, based on value driven maintenance.

The second day is just about fully booked, but there are couple of seats still available on day one.
