Check Lists and Flags have an important role during implementation of monitoring in DMM. Monitoring is implemented using check lists, which are answered in Work Orders that recur regularly according to a Schedule, through standalone work orders, or directly without the use of a work order, but usually an overview report is designed for the monitoring case to verify that it is progressing as intended.
