E-mails and sms, even more options

DMM has for a long time offered various types of notifications, for example to alert an employee that a task has been assigned to them. DMM now offers even more possibilities of this kind, both regarding the sending of emails and the sending of SMS reminders. Furthermore, customers can themselves tailor and standardize notifications that are then sent automatically when predetermined events occur in the system — for example when something that a third party (a customer, contractor, supplier, …) needs to know about is confirmed, such as a scheduled visit to a customer, so that they receive an email about the booked appointment and then a reminder 24 hours before.
